Great lanyard for burning grinding and welding points you’re gonna be at for a while like moments etc. and not worry about burning it up also not heavy as it looks. But if you are moving around a lot on the iron or in and out of lifts all day they suck! Very stiff and not much flex also the hooks are always twisting and binding against the eye
